  • When can I still building on my plot?
    You can start building once you have your complete documents for your land along with an approved building plan.
  • are their additional cost after I pay for my land?
    If you are buying just the land for the purpose of land banking, you will not be required to make any additional payments. However, if you intend on building in the estate, there are additional cost that will be required such as: Development/infrastructure fee of N2 Million per plot. Facility development fee (to be determined by the developer) Water Board Pre-paid Meter (to be determined by the issuing authority) Please note that when you do resell to another investor for the purpose of building, they will be responsible for the fees mentioned above.
  • Can I invest in land if I am not from Africa?
    Yes, the main requirement is to have someone who can facilitate the transaction on your behalf and send all necessary documents to you, which is part of the service we provide to our foreign investors.
  • How do I get my land documents if I reside overseas?
    All documents are mailed out to our foreign clients around the world via DHL.
  • What due diligence measures have you done to ensure the lands are free from government acquisition.
    For each of our estates, we have gone to the local authorities to verify the land documents to ensure that there are no liens, multiple prior owners, and that the land is properly registered.
  • How long do I have to wait to see a good return on my investment?
    Typically in land banking you have to wait for at least 3 - 5 years to get a good ROI on your investment. The longer you wait the better the ROI because the land will continue to appreciate in value.
  • What title does the property have?
    Depending on the state you are making the purchase, our estate have a Registered Survey, Government Excision and Right of Occupancy (R of O). Once you secure a property in the estate, you get the following documents: Acknowledgement letter Receipt of payment Allocation letter; Registered Survey (personal) Deed of Assignment
  • Can I visit the estate before purchase?
    Yes, you or anyone you delegate can visit the estate at anytime. We do ask for advance notice to ensure that adequate preparation is made. In the event you cannot visit and cannot delegate, we can send pictures, videos, and google map location pending the time a visitation can be scheduled.
  • How can you verify the authenticity of the land?
    Part of the extra step we take as a company is to verify the authenticity of the lands we purchase, so our clients won't have to go through the rigorous process. However, if you still want to personally verify. depending on the state you purchase your land, we can provide the appropriate information you need to verify from the local authority.
  • How do I find buyers when I am ready to sell?
    You have the liberty to sell the land to anyone. We also help our clients to sell their land when they are ready, which we charge a 20% fee of the sales price. However, please note that we do not have a specific time frame to sell land for our clients.
  • Can I get a refund if I decide that I am no longer interested in your estate?
    Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds once payment has been made.
  • How do I make payment?
    The only preferred method of payment is through a wire/online transfer or bank deposit into the company's account.
  • Can I pay in installments?
    We prefer to receive full payment at once. However, we do allow 60% upfront payment while spreading the balance upto 3 months without any extra charges. A 20% Extra charges applies when your payment extends beyond 3 to 12 months.
  • When will the development of the estate start?
    Our estates are currently cleared with gatehouses and perimeter fencing in place. Other developments will continue in the near future.
  • Can you help me develop my land?
    Yes, we work with 3rd party developers to build for our clients that are interested in developing their land, while we oversea the entire project until completion. During the process, you will also be receiving period updates.
